Red River’s Inside Sales Account Manager position (ISAM) is a sales focused role that is responsible for supporting and contributing to the company’s sales goals along with providing top level customer service. The Inside Sales team works as the primary point of contact for Red River’s Account Executives and customers for all pre/post sale inquiries. Inside Sales team members must be self-motivated, creative and resourceful to meet Red River customer service and sales expectations. The primary objectives of the Inside Sales position proactively drive sales opportunities while maintaining support for the team and 100% customer satisfaction.
Candidates for the job should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to efficiently multi-task. Ideal candidates have a strong focus on day-to-day operational excellence, and a personal style that builds trust, and inspires loyalty. The candidate should be motivated, proactive, be able to learn and adapt quickly.
