The Red River Sales Academy is an accelerated development program designed for recent college graduates looking to enter a career in IT Sales. This program is focused on developing sales professionals for a transformative technology company. The curriculum includes an intensive training schedule where participants will develop sales, customer service, and consulting skills to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Participants will be assigned a dedicated mentor that will assist throughout the program and in the planning of a custom sales career path.
Red River Sales Academy participants will start their training curriculum in our Claremont, NH headquarters. This first stage of training will focus on Red River’s business systems, the inside sales function, customer service, phone skills, compliance, and an introduction to our vendor and partner community. Once complete, qualified individuals will have an opportunity to apply for the second stage of training focused on the outside sales position; this second stage of training will be conducted at one of our regional offices.
Sales Academy graduates will be equipped with skills to ensure success in Red River’s competitive and fast paced market. Graduates will understand how to target key business drivers facing our clients today and how technology products and solutions help drive mission outcomes.
Candidates for the job should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to efficiently multi-task. Ideal candidates have a strong focus on day-to-day operational excellence, and a personal style that builds trust, and inspires loyalty. The candidate should be motivated, proactive, be able to learn and adapt quickly.
