Overview

Our Mobility Deployment Engineer is a front-line customer facing expert!  Red River seeks a mobility expert to add to our team with Aruba deployment capabilities.

 

The Mobility Deployment Engineer provides effective network and wireless installation and administration services for Red River’s growing customer base.  The Mobility Deployment Engineers are providing front-line engineering services for customers and assist our Engagement team during installations at customer sites nationwide.  

Responsibilities

  • Technical lead for government and enterprise contract that includes Aruba wireless specific deliverables
  • Support, troubleshoot, and install wireless and related technologies.  Examples: Aruba Wireless Controllers & Aruba Clearpass Network Access
  • Develop network and wireless configuration documentation for customers
  • Maintain industry certifications as required
  • Perform wireless coverage assessments
  • Other business duties as assigned

Qualifications

Professional Aruba Deployment Experience

  • A solid understanding of the milestones associated with completing a wireless installation.
  • Understanding of network routing and switching protocols
  • Understanding of various wireless architecture and hardware
  • Familiarity with IEEE 802.11 protocols
  • Experience performing wireless site surveys
  • Wireless LAN deployment experience
  • Proven team leadership skills

Additional Information:

  • AirMagnet software experience preferred
  • Aruba certification preferred (ACMA, ACMP)
