Certified Scrum Trainer

Regular Full-Time


Working with our Enterprise Application Division, Red River’s Certified Scrum Trainer will provide on-site instruction to our client’s management teams and staff.  Training topics include Agile/Scrum Essentials Training, Certified Scrum Master Training, and Certified Scrum Developer Training for Agile/Scrum Team Members.


  • Providing the detailed course outline tailored for client Staff
  • Providing the training materials tailored for client Staff a minimum of five (5) days prior to the scheduled date
  • Providing certificates of completion to each of the Staff who attends and successfully completes the course
  • Providing client Contract Manager an attendance roster for each course within five (5) days of course completion


  • BS or BA from an accredited institution or four years’ equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, developing and delivering Agile training
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps transformation
  • Trainer must be Certified Scrum Trainer through Scrum Alliance
  • Trainer must be Certified Registered Education Provider through Scrum Alliance.
  • Experience providing Agile/Scrum training in state and/or local government organizations preferred
