    The Project Manager is the main point of contact for our customers and manages the day to day activities on customer installations that range in technology, level of complexity, and time frame.

    Responsibilities

    Management

    Lead the project throughout is life cycle
    Develop and maintain project schedule
    Budgetary responsibilities include reporting burn rates and tracking utilization and consistently operating within budget allocation
    Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to project timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction

     

    Communication

    Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers
    Centralize all project documentation and disperse as required
    Lead project status meetings including agenda creation and action documentation
    Create presentations and deliver content to internal and external stakeholders
    Collaborate with project team resources internal and external timely and proactively

    Qualifications

    • 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a technology environment
    • PMP certification preferred
    • Prior experience with Technical Project Management in the specific area of Data Center is strongly preferred

    Performance Expectations

    • Travel customer sites as required to support Red River business initiatives
    • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
    • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
    • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
    • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
