Our Mobility Deployment Associate assists a team of wireless professionals with site deployments.


The Mobility Deployment Associate’s is an entry-level wireless and network position.  The Mobility Deployment Associate role will work with the Red River wireless division on deployment projects.  Red River will provide both formal and on-the-job training to candidates on the Red River methodology of deploying enterprise wireless networks.  The Mobility Deployment Associate will provide front-line engineering services for customers and assist our Professional Services Operations team during surveys and installations at customer sites nationwide.    


  • Assist Red River’s wireless team with site surveys, assessments, and installations across the country
  • Support, troubleshoot, and install wireless and related technologies.  Examples: Basic networking, cabling and device connectivity issues.  Develop network and wireless configuration documentation for customers
  • Maintain industry certifications as required
  • Other business duties as assigned


  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working on a job site and interfacing with customers.
  • Familiarity with IEEE 802.11 protocols
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Interest in learning about and expanding knowledge within the networking and wireless mediums

Additional Information

  • AirMagnet software experience
  • Cisco Networking Training or Certification

  • 50% and occasionally more travel will be required
